Shipping & Return Policy
Depending on your cookies' destination, Casue offers 3 delivery options.
Option 1: Shipment via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail
For most of Casue's cookies, you may choose the option of having your cookies shipped to you. Select Iced designs that are too fragile for shipping are available for messenger or pick-up only. All shipments are made from our kitchen in NYC.
Iced cookie favors are generally shipped via FedEx Ground and take between 1 and 5 business days to reach their destination. If your cookies are for a specific event, we recommend choosing a preferred delivery date a few days in advance of when you need them. We will ship your order according to the delivery time given by FedEx. Please note that FedEx delivers to residences Tuesday through Saturday and businesses, Monday through Friday. PO box addresses are not accepted. To account for both preparation and shipping, we generally require a 3 week lead time. If you don't have 3 weeks, please call or email us. We'll be happy to accommodate you if possible.
While our Iced shortbread cookies have a fantastic shelf-life, our Ready-to-Eat collection of sweets is best enjoyed within a few days of baking. Therefore, to ensure our Ready-to-Eat gift boxes get to you as fresh as possible and don' t get stuck in transit over the weekend, orders ship Tuesday/Wednesday of each week. Orders must be placed by noon eastern time on the Friday before. Ready-to-Eat gift boxes generally ship via USPS Priority Mail and take between 1 and 3 business days to reach their destination. While USPS does a good job estimating transit times, they do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Holiday cookie club gift boxes are shipped to arrive within 5 business days of the holiday for which they are being given. Birthday gift boxes are shipped to arrive during the first two weeks of the chosen month.
Casue's website only processes orders shipped to locations within the lower continental US. For Alaska, Hawaii or international shipments, please contact us directly to discuss your options.
We take great care packing each and every cookie to ensure a safe trip; however, we cannot guarantee what happens to orders once they leave our hands. Casue is not responsible for delayed, unclaimed or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses or delays caused by FedEx or USPS due to weather or other uncontrollable causes.
Option 2: Messenger (Manhattan up to 110th St.)
Messenger service is available Monday through Friday for residential and commercial buildings in Manhattan up to 110th St. Please ensure that someone is home or a doorman is available to receive your order (deliveries generally occur between 10am and 6pm). If a delivery attempt has been made but is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, we will contact you about re-delivery. Please note that redeliveries will incur an additional delivery fee.
Option 3: Pick-Up
If you would like to save on shipping and delivery fees, you may choose to pick up your cookies from one of the following locations in NYC, New Jersey, or Long Island.
Garden City, Long Island: LeMarc's Hallmark Store, Roosevelt Field Mall (Fridays: 3-8 pm; Saturdays: 10am-8pm)
Smithtown, Long Island: LeMarc's Hallmark Store, 114 East Main St. (Fridays: 3-8 pm; Saturdays: 10am-8pm)
Bayshore, Long Island: LeMarc's Hallmark Store, Gardiner Manor Mall (Fridays: 3-8 pm; Saturdays: 10am-8pm)
Mt. Sinai, Long Island: LeMarc's Hallmark Store, 5507-25 Nesconset Hwy (Fridays: 3-8 pm; Saturdays: 10am-8pm)
Clifton, New Jersey: LeMarc's Hallmark Store, Clifton Commons, 110 Kingsland Rd (Fridays: 3-8 pm; Saturdays: 10am-8pm)
NYC: The Raging Skillet, 335 East Houston St. (corner of Ridge St.) (Monday-Friday, 12-6pm by appointment)
